Terms of Service

1.1 These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Picks12 platform (the “Platform”), operated under the domain picks12.com.

1.2 The Platform is provided by the operator of the Platform under the “Picks12” brand. Contact details are set out on our Contact page.

1.3 The Platform may only be used by persons aged 21 or over. By signing up for or using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

1.4 Sports betting is regulated state by state in the United States and is not legal everywhere. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply where you are.

2.1 Picks12 is an information service. Our experts publish sports betting picks, parlays and analysis (the “Picks”). Members can view the Picks and take out a subscription. Member content is delivered mainly through the messaging service Telegram.

2.2 The Platform provides information only. Neither the Platform nor our experts provide financial advice, investment advice or any guarantee of winnings. Past results are no guarantee of future returns.

2.3 Picks12 is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, arrange or broker bets, and we do not hold or handle any funds you bet. If you choose to place a bet based on a Pick, you do so at your own risk and with a sportsbook that is licensed in your jurisdiction.

2.4 Picks12 does not provide facilities for gambling and is therefore not licensed as a gaming operator in any state, nor required to be as a pure information service.

3.1 Some features require you to sign up. The information you give us when you sign up must be complete and accurate.

3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details and your account secure. Do not share them with anyone.

3.3 One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed.

3.4 We may suspend or close an account if we suspect misuse, if these Terms have been broken, or for other good reason.

4.1 Every Pick we publish is recorded in our database before the game starts and settled afterwards. Winning and losing Picks are both published on our record page.

4.2 We do not retroactively edit or delete Picks, and we do not manipulate the record.

4.3 Picks reflect the opinion of their author at the time of publication. Lines and prices move; the price you get at your sportsbook may differ from the one we quote.

5.1 Access to member content requires a paid subscription. Unless the Platform states otherwise at the time of purchase: a one-time processing fee of $7.95 gives you access for a 30-day trial period; after that the subscription continues at $29.99 per 30-day period. An optional Parlay Pack upgrade is available for a one-time fee of $39.99. The prices and terms shown during checkout are the ones that apply.

5.2 Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for successive 30-day periods, and the card you used is charged each time, until you cancel. We will tell you the renewal price and date at checkout.

5.3 How to cancel. You can cancel at any time through the account link in your confirmation email or by emailing info@picks12.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.

5.4 Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop, which acts as merchant of record. Applicable sales tax is handled by the payment provider and is included in the price shown.

5.5 Beyond the rights the law gives you, refunds are at our discretion. If you think you have been charged in error, email info@picks12.com and we will look into it.

5.6 Prices may change. We will give you notice before a price change takes effect for a renewal, and you can cancel before it does.

6.1 Do not resell, republish, redistribute or share our Picks outside your own account, whether for money or not.

6.2 Do not scrape, crawl or otherwise extract content from the Platform by automated means.

6.3 Do not use the Platform to break the law, to place bets where you are not permitted to, or on behalf of someone under 21.

6.4 Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure.

7.1 All content on the Platform — text, graphics, logos, images and software — belongs to Picks12 or to the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

7.2 You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the content for your own private purposes for as long as your subscription runs. Nothing more is granted.

7.3 League names, team names and sportsbook names on this site are the trademarks of their owners and are used descriptively. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team or sportsbook.

8.1 The Platform and the Picks are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.2 We do not warrant that any Pick will win, that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the odds we quote will still be available at your sportsbook.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, our pricing or the law.

11.2 The version published on picks12.com when you use the Platform is the one that applies. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect.

12.1 You can stop using the Platform at any time and cancel your subscription as described in section 5.3.

12.2 We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, in particular sections 3 and 6.

12.3 Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability — continue to apply afterwards.

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your state of residence gives you stronger rights.

13.2 Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at info@picks12.com. Most issues are resolved that way, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one.
